We partner with trusted third-party services, including Akahu, to securely and transparently connect your financial accounts, enabling you to manage and optimize your personal finances in one place.

What Data We Access and Why

To provide our services, GrowPay may request secure, read-only access to financial account information through Akahu. This may include:

• Account balances and transaction histories

• Account names and associated financial institution details
   

We only access this data to deliver features that help you monitor spending patterns, track savings goals, identify financial opportunities, and improve your overall financial health. We do not have access to or store your banking login credentials. Instead, Akahu handles the secure connection and provides GrowPay with safely tokenized account information.

How Your Data Is Protected

• Security: We adhere to industry-leading security standards and rely on Akahu’s robust encrypted systems to keep your data safe.

• Privacy: We never sell your personal information. Your data is solely used to enhance and deliver the financial services you’ve requested.

• Control: You can withdraw GrowPay’s access to your accounts at any time by visiting your Akahu dashboard at https://my.akahu.nz/login/ and revoking our permission to your data.
   

Your Choices and Revoking Access

 

You have full control over which accounts you connect to GrowPay. If, for any reason, you wish to stop sharing your information, simply:
 

1. Log in to your Akahu dashboard.

2. Locate GrowPay in the list of connected applications.

3. Revoke GrowPay’s access.
    

Once you revoke access, GrowPay will immediately lose the ability to access your account data. We will also remove any previously obtained account information from our systems in accordance with our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
